Richland Village is under Construction and is a revitalization of the area along Rt 40 that is well underway. See the Buena Vista Township website at: www.buenavistatownship.org The township of Richland has enticed the Cape May Seashore lines to begin running trains from their recently installed station. Spring Trains have run in 2007. Trains will run until December and are a big success. A Caboose from Conrail now resides in the Park on Rt 40 next to our Building. It really adds a RR flavor to the area. More acquisitions are expected by the township to enhance the Railroad flavor of the Richland Village project.

The CMSL runs restored PRSL RDC's that used to pass by here years ago...
